The first 18-hole golf course is built according to the project of Nicklaus Design, which belongs to the top designers in this area. The LEGEND COURSE design is world-class according to USGA standards. Up to 60% of the world’s PGA tournaments have been designed by Nicklaus Design.
Founded by golf legend Jack Nicklaus, the company is one of the world’s leading golf course design companies. It has completed a respectable 370 courses in 34 countries and 39 states.
At least 70 golf courses have been placed in various national and international top 100, and no less than 95 courses designed by Nicklaus Design have had the honor of hosting more than 650 professional tournaments around the world or major national amateur championships.
Nicklaus Design currently has more than 50 playgrounds under construction and 28 projects in progress in 28 countries, including their first in 17 countries. Today, however, Slovakia with the unique, newly built Penati Golf Resort near Senica is one of these prestigious countries around the world.
For the construction of the first course of the golf resort – Nicklaus Design LEGEND COURSE , 95 ha of the total land of the resort was used, on which no cars were created due to its spaciousness.
At the same time, the company has achieved maximum player privacy. Wide undulating fairways, a variety of greens, challenging steep bunkers, the beauty and variability of the position of the tees, all this allows golfers to choose different difficulty of the game.
