Opened in 1995, Panoramica Golf, Sport & Resort is undoubtedly one of the best golf courses in Spain, located in Castellón, in the town of Sant Jordi, on a beautiful estate surrounded by olive trees and carob trees.
It is the only golf course in Spain designed by the German professional Bernhard Langer, a nine-time champion, also captain of the European Ryder Cup team and two-time winner of the Golf Masters.
The best thing about Panoramica Golf Sports Resort is that in addition to being an exceptional golf course, it has other sports facilities (paddle tennis, tennis, Pitch & Putt, football and basketball), where you can complete your sports day.
The golf course occupies a total of 80 hectares and is in magnificent conditions for use all year round. Of typically American design, it combines its narrow fairways with a rough city which makes it a very enjoyable course to play for both high hcp’s and high-level, high-precision players, and five lakes that come into play in a total of seven holes. The greens are fast and large.
The best holes on the course are hole 5, par 3 of 133 meters from yellow bars and with an island-shaped green, hole 11 of 502 meters. And in which the entire left part the last 200 meters before reaching the green is an immense lake.
It is important to note that due to its design and its excellent and high level of maintenance throughout the year, it has hosted tournaments as important as previous ones of the European Tour School and for 4 years it has been the venue chosen by the Ladies European Tour to celebrate the Spanish Open.
