The 24-year-old, who played college golf at Wake Forest, had a big year in 2020, winning his first professional title on the Korn Ferry Tour, which qualified him for the U.S. Open at Winged Foot. Zalatoris, from Plano, Texas, had a successful amateur career, winning the U.S. Junior Amateur in 2014 and playing on the 2017 U.S. Walker Cup team.
