Villa Condulmer, located in the Treviso countryside adjacent to Venice, is a Venetian Villa whose exact date remains uncertain. According to Mazzotti, the origins are from the seventeenth century; according to Venturini it was built in 1743 on commission of the Venetian patrician Alvise Condulmer. Authoritative sources assert that the Villa was built on the ruins of an ancient monastery, attributed to the sixteenth century, and whose vestiges refer to the orthogonal barchessa the Sunday house.

The 18-hole, par 71, 5,900-meter-long course was built at different times. The first nine holes, designed by John Harris, wind through the centuries-old plants of the park of the eighteenth-century villa. The second nine holes, designed and built 10 years after the first to a design by Marco Croze, develop more in length.
