Seaton Carew Golf Club, founded in 1874 and set to celebrate its 150th anniversary in 2024, boasts a rich history of golf spanning over a century and a half. As one of England’s ten oldest golf clubs, the tradition here is palpable.
Within the club’s historic confines, you will find the Captain’s Corner, an integral part of the original clubhouse erected in 1885. It’s a place where you can relax and immerse yourself in the captivating heritage of golf. The walls are adorned with an impressive collection of Captain’s photos, each telling a story of the club’s enduring legacy.
For the convenience of the members and guests, we offer modern changing facilities catering to Men, Women, and Juniors. These facilities include well-appointed showers, restrooms, and a limited number of secure holdall lockers for both Men and Women. Juniors are also well catered for with dedicated restrooms and changing facilities.
The Ladies’ locker room is housed in a single-story building, just a stone’s throw away from the main Clubhouse. Access to both the Men’s and Ladies’ locker rooms, as well as the main Clubhouse, is secured with entry codes. These codes can be obtained from the Club Secretary or the Professional’s shop for your convenience.
