Club de Golf Barcelona is one of the clubs with the most history and tradition in Catalonia. The club first opened its doors in 1989 and in its history it has had several international professional championships played on its holes. The club is located 27 km from Barcelona located in the famous wine-growing area of El Penedés. This course is seperated into two totallly different parts. The first 18-hole-course is very varied and chalenging. He’s suited as a competition-course. The 9-hole-course is flatter and easier, but offers a relaxing and enyoable game. For wine experts this is especially interesting: In the vineyard directly next to the fairways wine and sparkling wine fresh off the own production are served.
